Agnieszka Kranz

Agnieszka Kranz is responsible for innovation in the Cyfrowy Polsat Group. She is cooperating in this area with the management boards and employees of the companies from the group. She successfully implemented several internal programs aimed at building an innovation ecosystem and engaging employees in this area, as well as changing the organizational culture focused on promoting innovation, especially in the field of methodology and processes.

 

She also develops the cooperation of companies from the group with startups by creating an innovative pre-acceleration partnership program. She runs acceleration programs in which the capital group participates. At the same time, she deals with the development of an approach strategy and a plan to implement new technologies from the business and organizational side (eg RPA).

 

In her practice in the area of ​​innovation, he uses the previously gained experience in the field of financing companies on the capital market and m & an in an American consulting company, cooperating on such projects with international investment banks, PE and VC funds, and Polish blue chips. Also, she is a mentor of start-ups both in acceleration programs and outside them.

 

In her spare time, Agnieszka is involved in various pro-bono actions, including initiated and led the Mentors4Teens mentoring program for teenagers under the Mentors4Starters foundation, and currently co-creates and mentors the TeenCrunch project.

 

Agnieszka is a lawyer and political scientist by education. She also obtained an LLM in International Commercial Law (MBA for Lawyers). She also completed many courses, including postgraduate studies in leadership at the Warsaw School of Economics and the American law school at Columbia University.

 

She is an advocate of changing analog “thinking” about reality in the functioning of enterprises to more digital as the main engine for digital transformation. She is interested in digital strategies, new technologies, and organizational culture. Privately she is addicted to music. She loves music festivals and all water sports. She is also interested in immunology.
