Head of litigation practice. He supervises and runs interdisciplinary, international projects covering economic criminal law, fiscal criminal law, as well as legal regulations regarding financial market crimes (Forex), trading in securities (WSE, New Connect), anti-money laundering as well as cyber crime.

 

He represents and protects the interests of corporations, financial institutions, entrepreneurs, management staff (managers), professionals of regulated markets (brokers, brokers, financial advisors), investors, board members, managing directors – appearing in criminal proceedings as witnesses and often also as victims ( then prosecutors).

 

Personally, he also stands on the side of clients in such cases as a defense lawyer.

 

He completed a lawyer’s apprenticeship at the Greater Poland Bar Association. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. He also completed a year’s legal studies at the University of Florence. He speaks English and Italian.
